Welcome to the Mercure St-Helens Hotel and thank you for choosing our hotel, we hope you will enjoy your stay.

Our reception is attended 24 hours a day, however between 11pm and 7am our night porter maybe carrying out security checks, so may be away from the desk. Please dial 07512488880 from your mobile to speak to a member of the night team.
Breakfast - Continental only is served 6.30am - 7am. Full Breakfast is served 7am - 10am in our 92 restaurant. Please check with staff for availability.
Dinner - Dinner is served between the hours of 5pm - 9pm in our 92 restaurant. Last orders for food is 8.45pm. To book a table speak to reception,

Leisure Club - Is complimentary for all in house guests, subject to availability. The hotel recommends you book your required slot time by contacting them directly on WhatsApp number 07512764676.
During your stay your room will be refreshed daily. As part of the Go Green, Skip the Clean programme linen change is on request or for long stays after each 3 nights.
