Welcome to the Mercure St-Helens Hotel. Thank you for choosing our hotel and we hope you will enjoy your stay. Our team are here to help so please do not hesitate to contact us should you need any assistance. Our reception is attended 24 hours a day, however between 11pm and 7am our night porter maybe carrying security checks, so may be away from the desk. With the above in mind, we have made the following changes:


* Hand sanitiser is available in the lobby for all guests use
* Dinner is served between the hours of 5pm and 9pm. Please use this WhatsApp number for any room service orders: 07707414592
* Some menu items are available 24/7
* Breakfast will be served 7am-10am in our 92 restaurant. ( if you don’t have breakfast included in your room rate please check with staff for availability)
* Our leisure club now will be open as normal. Please contact the leisure desk direct for more information on this WhatsApp number 07512764676 for availability
* All non-essential items have been removed from our bedrooms
* In order for your room to remain your safe bubble, we no longer refresh rooms as standard. Should you need this service please let our reception team know the night prior and we will more than happy to refresh your room
